1. Shipping Locations

  • We provide shipping across India, subject to courier service availability at the destination PIN code.

  • Local delivery may be available in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, depending on the location and order requirements.

  • International shipping is not currently guaranteed. Please contact us to discuss international orders.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Ready-made products are generally processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation and payment.

  • Customized and made-to-order 3D-printed products may require additional production time depending on the design, size, quantity, and complexity.

  • The estimated processing time will be communicated to the customer before order confirmation.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Bhubaneswar: Local delivery may be available on the same day or the next day, subject to confirmation.

  • Odisha: Generally 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Other locations in India: Generally 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier partner, weather conditions, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the product's weight, package dimensions, destination PIN code, and selected delivery method.

  • Shipping charges will be communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.

  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise, shipping charges are separate from the product price.

  • Express or urgent delivery may incur additional charges.

5. Packaging and Product Safety

We take reasonable care to package our 3D-printed products securely to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Packaging methods may vary depending on the product's size, shape, material, and fragility.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you whenever available from the courier partner. Customers can use these details to track their shipments.

7. Delays in Delivery

DRS 3D WORLD will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines. However, delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

We will assist customers in following up with the courier partner whenever necessary.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, contact number, and PIN code.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at drs3dworld@gmail.com.

Please provide:

  • Your order details.

  • Clear photographs of the product and its packaging.

  • A brief description of the issue.

We will review the complaint and communicate the appropriate resolution in accordance with our applicable return, replacement, and refund policy and consumer protection requirements.

10. Customized and Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are specially manufactured or personalized according to customer requirements. Production and dispatch timelines may therefore differ from those of ready-made products.

Customized products are not automatically excluded from remedies where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under applicable consumer protection requirements.
