Customers are responsible for ensuring that the files, designs, logos, images, or other materials provided to us are legally permitted for use. DRS 3D World is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or ownership disputes related to customer-provided content.

3. Orders & Custom Products

Custom and made-to-order products are produced according to the details confirmed by the customer. Please carefully check the size, design, quantity, color, and other specifications before confirming your order.

4. Pricing & Payment

The final price depends on factors such as material, size, printing time, quantity, finishing, and design requirements. Orders may require advance or full payment before production begins.

5. Production & Delivery

Production time may vary depending on the complexity and quantity of the order. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by production requirements, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Product Appearance

3D-printed products may have minor layer lines, surface variations, or small finishing differences due to the nature of 3D printing. These are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and may not be considered defects.

7. Cancellation, Return & Refund

Once production has started, customized or made-to-order orders generally cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. Any issue with a damaged or defective product will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Customer Approval

For customized products, the customer may be required to approve the design, dimensions, or other specifications before production. Once approved, changes may not be possible without additional charges.

9. Limitation of Liability

DRS 3D World will make reasonable efforts to provide products according to the confirmed specifications. However, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or issues caused by incorrect information, files, measurements, or instructions provided by the customer.
